The Mission of the Child Abuse Prevention Task Force of Brevard County

The Mission of the Child Abuse Prevention Task Force of Brevard County is to develop a coordinated and comprehensive approach for the prevention of child abuse and neglect in the County, promote coordination between local efforts and the District VII Task Force (Brevard, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties)

The Task Force plans and coordinates activities for Child Abuse Prevention Month each April, solicits nominations and selects recipients for annual Child Abuse Prevention awards, and co-host Brevard's annual CAP Awards banquet.
